Hi Kelly & Kris We have just returned from a fabulous family get-together at Villa Baan Hen. The villa more than lived up to all our expectations and Noi and her staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Also, a special mention to Inn, who, as well as cooking wonderful Thai dinners on several evenings, provided baby sitting services. We were sad to leave and will definitely like to return again one day with our growing family.

After researching villas for weeks, we decided on Villa Baan Hen and wow! It is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and extremely spacious. The pool area in particular is gorgeous and so relaxing. We thought we would go sightseeing but wound up spending most of our vacation in the pool. The staff are super accommodating and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the food is delicious. The town is short walk, but other than some souvenir shopping, we didn't spend much time there as the villa was so incredible we didn't want to leave. The best beach is not the main one near the town which is crowded with murky water, there is a tropical beach 5 minutes walk on the other side of the villa with perfect blue water which is quieter. We were so thrilled with our choice of villa and had a perfect visit. We will definitely return.

Upon arrival we were stunned with how amazing this villa was! So much privacy! It met above & beyond our expectations. Noi... the Villa manager was nothing less that amazing! She communicated with me through WhatsApp and responded quickly with any questions I had. She booked us in house massage everyday before dinner. She booked me an amazing elephant sanctuary tour.. I have nothing but great things to say about her. The staff was super friendly they were always there for anything that we needed. They Greeted us with fresh cold hand towels and tasty drink. We had no need for leaving the house the entire time as they cooked for us, breakfast lunch & dinner. The cook was AMAZING! Authentic Thai cuisine. The rooms were very tidy and clean, the staff lives in house but that was not a problem for us as they are super professional and quiet. You can barely tell they live there lol. Now the views...... BREATH TAKING!!!! We rented a motor scooter and rode up to Karon, & Patong.. it was a great adventure. One I will remember for ever. I will definitely be back with my whole family, as this time only my fiancé & I came. I can definitely say this is going to be our second home. If you’re thinking about booking here DO NOT HESITATE & do it NOW. Worth every penny.

Chenoweth Family This was our second stay at the Villa and again it was a fantastic experience. The location is elevated on a headland and an easy 5min walk to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. The ocean view from the villa is spectacular. Beer and Soft Drinks are well stocked as are all other amenities. There is no requirement to bring anything with you. Meals prepared by the staff (Inn and Yoy) are world class. So much so that there is no reason to leave. Baan Hen is a very special home away from home and we can’t wait to go back again.

The stay in the villa was amazing, we will definitely be back!! The staff were amazing and the house is kept to the highest standard.

such a nice Villa, it is a perfect choice for family. very beautiful sea view and convenient for relaxed holiday, especially the nice swimming pool is the children's favorite. the Villa is near to kata beach with 10-minute walk. 15-minute tutu to the big surper market, where can buy cooking material if you want to cook yourself. the apartment manager and maids are very nice and helpful.

Wow, what a terrific place to stay with two families with children. Lots of space, very glam, great location, amazing view, delicious food (which was also priced well) and great service. We felt like rock stars and could have happily stayed there forever!

Just a quick email to thank you and the villa's owner for a wonderful week in Kata, it was everything we hoped for. We were very impressed with everything to do with the villa, even the efficiency of the security staff when removing the snake from our bedroom! We would like also to make special mention of the staff at the villa. They were always friendly and courteous, and provided excellent service. We were very impressed by the way that they adjusted to us as a group ie while being very formal when we first arrived, when the got to know our us and we them they adjusted suit our 'style' (relaxed) very well while maintaining excellent service. We all thought that the meals that they cooked for us were the best Thai food we had ever eaten. So thanks again and I hope that we can deal with Villa Getaways again in the future.

Trully wondeful week in this home of paradise. Thanks to Inn and Duan for taking care of us. We hope to return. Utterly glorius views, food was superb.
